CallRail Pricing Explained: Plans, Add-Ons and Monthly Costs

CallRail has four plans, from $55 to $215 a month on monthly billing, or $50 to $195 billed yearly. What you pay in the end depends on how many tracking numbers and call minutes you use, and on add-ons like Voice Assist.

Quick answer: how much does CallRail cost?

As of October 2026, CallRail pricing starts at $55 a month for Lead Tracking on monthly billing, or $50 a month billed yearly. The top plan, Lead Conversion Complete, costs $215 monthly or $195 yearly. Every plan includes 5 local numbers, 250 local minutes and 25 texts a month. Anything beyond that is billed per unit, from $3 per extra number and 6 cents per extra minute. Voice Assist, the AI receptionist, is a separate add-on. Our read: we'd start most small businesses on Lead Tracking and move up only for form tracking or AI call analysis.

Lead Tracking is enough if

  • You mainly want to know which ads, listings and campaigns make the phone ring
  • Your calls fit in about 250 minutes a month, or a few dollars of extra minutes is fine

The trade. The entry plan already includes call recording, routing, transcripts and texting. Extra numbers cost $3 each, so count the sources you want to track before you start.

Look at a higher plan if

  • Many of your leads arrive through website forms, not calls
  • You want AI call summaries, sentiment and automatic conversion tagging on every call

The trade. Form tracking starts with Lead Tracking Complete at $105 a month, or $95 billed yearly. The AI call analysis starts with Lead Conversion at $165, or $150 billed yearly.

CallRail looks easy to price at first: four plans, four fees. Two details take longer. The pricing page opens on the yearly rates, so switch the toggle to Monthly to see what you'd pay month to month. And under each price sits a small line, "plus additional usage": numbers, minutes and texts beyond your allowance go on the next invoice.

You may also see CallRail plans under other names and prices elsewhere online. So we went back to CallRail's own pricing pages and Help Center. This guide puts the current CallRail pricing in one place: what each plan includes, what usage costs, three example bills, and how billing and the trial work.

The figures in this guide come from CallRail's own pricing pages, its Voice Assist pages and its Help Center. We read them on October 22, 2026, for the US, the UK and Australia. We also switched the US pricing page between yearly and monthly billing to record both sets of prices. The screenshots in this guide come from that page. CallRail Pricing Plans: What Each One Includes

All four CallRail plans are built on the same base, Lead Tracking. Each higher plan adds one or both of two upgrades: form tracking, and the AI call analysis CallRail calls Premium Conversation Intelligence.

  • Lead Tracking

    $55 a month, $50 yearly

The call tracking core. Tracking numbers swap on your website by traffic source, and every call and text is tied to the campaign that brought it. Call recording, routing, call transcription and analysis, and automation rules are included. This is the plan to start on if phone calls are your main lead source.

  • Lead Tracking Complete

    $105 a month, $95 yearly

Everything in Lead Tracking, plus form tracking. CallRail captures each form submitted on your site and credits it to a source, in the same reports as your calls. It also adds a custom form builder and multi-touch cost-per-lead reporting, with 1,000 form submissions a month included.

  • Lead Conversion

    $165 a month, $150 yearly

Everything in Lead Tracking, plus Premium Conversation Intelligence: AI call summaries, sentiment, conversation trend reports, automatic conversion tagging and coaching tools. It comes with 10,000 analysis minutes a month for the AI features. Form tracking isn't part of this plan.

  • Lead Conversion Complete

    $215 a month, $195 yearly

Call tracking, form tracking and Premium Conversation Intelligence in one plan. It suits teams that want every lead source and the AI analysis in the same reports.

From the comparison table on CallRail's pricing page, October 22, 2026. Texts become available once the trial ends. CallRail's Help Center says users and companies are unlimited on every plan.

Our read: the gap between plans is about features, not call volume. Every plan starts with the same allowance of numbers and minutes, so a busy business can end up paying more in usage than in plan upgrades. The next section shows what that usage costs.

CallRail Usage Costs: Extra Numbers, Minutes and Texts

As of October 2026, anything beyond your plan's allowance is billed per unit on top of the base fee. These are the rates CallRail lists for its US plans.

Rates from the comparison table and FAQ on CallRail's pricing page, October 22, 2026. CallRail says extra usage fees are not refundable.

CallRail pricing compare table with each plan's monthly allowances and the cost of extra numbers, minutes, texts and analysis minutes
The compare table on CallRail's pricing page: what each plan includes, and what extra numbers, minutes and texts cost.

The table in the screenshot is the source for the rates above. Each line in the top half is a monthly allowance, and the bottom half is the price of each extra unit.

Two billing details make a real difference. Minutes are counted per call and rounded up to the next full minute, so a 61-second call counts as two minutes. CallRail's Help Center also says the invoice includes every number that was active at any point in the billing cycle. A number you release mid-month is still billed for that month.

Our advice: list the sources you want to compare before you pick a plan, such as each Google Ads campaign, your Google Business Profile and any print or radio ads. In call tracking, each source you want to tell apart usually needs its own number, and numbers beyond the first five cost $3 each.

How Much Does CallRail Cost per Month? Three Example Bills

With CallRail pricing, usage changes the total. Here's how the base price and usage add up. These are our own examples, worked out from CallRail's published US rates on monthly billing. Your bill depends on your calls.

B: a business running a few ad campaignsLead Tracking8600$85
C: a busy business with web formsLead Tracking Complete151,200$192

Swipe sideways to see every column.

Our math from CallRail's US rates on monthly billing, October 22, 2026: $3 per extra local number and 6 cents per extra local minute. Minutes are counted after each call is rounded up. Taxes, toll-free numbers and texts are left out, and example C stays within its 1,000 form submissions.

In example B, three extra numbers add $9 and 350 extra minutes add $21, so the bill comes to $30 above the plan price. In example C, usage adds $87 to a $105 plan.

Our read: if your calls regularly run well past 250 minutes a month, budget for usage from day one. A higher plan doesn't add local minutes, so upgrade for the features, not to cover call volume.

Your own calls give the real number. CallRail's Help Center says admins can see minutes and numbers used so far in the Billing settings.

CallRail Voice Assist Pricing: The AI Receptionist Add-On

Voice Assist is CallRail's AI answering service. It picks up the calls your team misses, after hours or when every line is busy, asks the caller your intake questions, and can book appointments and send follow-up texts. Each call lands in your Call Log with a transcript and a lead score from 1 to 100.

$550 a month1,00060 cents

From CallRail's Help Center article Voice Assist overview, updated April 21, 2026 and checked October 22, 2026. Only calls that Voice Assist answers and that last longer than 15 seconds count.

Voice Assist sits on top of your CallRail plan, so it adds to the CallRail pricing above rather than replacing it. The small print on the pricing page says Voice Assist plans include Lead Tracking "starting at an additional $55", which is the Lead Tracking price on monthly billing. By our math, the entry setup comes to $150 a month before usage: $95 for Voice Assist and $55 for Lead Tracking.

CallRail pricing page Voice Assist box starting at $95 a month, with the note that plans include Lead Tracking from an additional $55

A lower price on the Voice Assist site

On October 22, 2026, CallRail's separate Voice Assist pricing page showed $75 a month, with $95 crossed out. That page doesn't say how long the lower price runs or how many calls it includes, while CallRail's main pricing page and Help Center list $95. Our advice: check which price you're offered at checkout.

Our read: the $95 tier covers about two answered calls each working day (our math, 50 calls over 22 working days). If your team misses far more than that, compare the per-call cost of the $550 tier against the jobs those calls could bring in.

CallRail Billing: Monthly vs Yearly, the Free Trial and Cancelling

CallRail pricing also depends on how you pay. The CallRail free trial lasts 14 days and needs no credit card, and CallRail doesn't bill you until it ends. When you start paying, the first invoice charges the base price for the coming month upfront. Minutes used during the trial beyond your plan's allowance appear on that first invoice too.

From the FAQ on CallRail's pricing page and its Help Center articles Annual Plans (updated July 9, 2026) and Account billing and invoices, checked October 22, 2026.

Before you choose yearly billing

CallRail's Help Center says annual plans are nonrefundable, and you can't move back to monthly or cancel until the year ends. Our advice: pay monthly for the first month or two, check your real usage on the Billing page, then switch if the plan fits.

Two things don't add to the bill. CallRail doesn't charge per user, and you can add as many companies as you need to one account, according to its Help Center. Exceptions may apply on HIPAA-compliant accounts. Practices that need HIPAA compliance can ask CallRail about its Healthcare plans, which come with a business associate agreement. Their prices aren't published.

Which CallRail Plan Should You Choose?

  • A local service business that gets most leads by phone

    Lead Tracking

Start here. You'll see which ads and listings make the phone ring, and recordings and transcripts come included. Add numbers as you add campaigns.

  • A business with busy contact forms

    Lead Tracking Complete

Form tracking puts form leads and calls in the same reports, so you can compare cost per lead across both. It's worth the extra $50 a month ($45 billed yearly) when forms bring in a real share of your leads.

  • A sales team that reviews many calls

    Lead Conversion

AI summaries, sentiment and automatic conversion tagging let you read a summary instead of replaying every call. The 10,000 analysis minutes for the AI features suit higher call volumes.

  • An agency or a team on Salesforce

    Lead Conversion Complete

CallRail's Help Center lists premium integrations such as Salesforce and Marketo, agency resources and advanced call flows as included with Premium Conversation Intelligence plans. Confirm with CallRail which current plan includes the ones you need.

  • A healthcare practice

    Healthcare plan

Ask CallRail's sales team for a Healthcare plan with a business associate agreement. Those prices aren't published.

Our advice: during the trial, watch two numbers in the Billing settings, minutes used and numbers active. Two weeks of real calls should show whether usage or features will drive your bill.

Is CallRail Worth It? How the Price Compares

CallRail is worth it when phone calls are a real share of your leads and you spend on ads you need to justify. Knowing which campaign made the phone ring is the main return, and the entry plan already covers it. For a business that gets only a handful of calls a month, the fee is harder to recover.

WhatConverts, a lead tracking tool with single-account and agency plans, lists single-account plans from $30 to $160 a month as of October 22, 2026. Its agency plans, with unlimited client accounts, start at $500 a month. Its single-account plans include up to 148 phone call leads and a $30 usage credit. Plus and above add form and chat tracking, so the plans don't line up one for one with CallRail's.

Each tool is the better fit for a different setup. WhatConverts suits agencies that manage many client accounts on one plan. CallRail suits businesses that want call tracking with AI call analysis and an AI receptionist from the same vendor. For more options, see our AI lead generation tools.

CallRail Plan Names: Why You May See Other Names

Pages written at different times list CallRail plans under other names, such as Call Tracking + Form Tracking or Call Tracking Complete, often with other prices. As of October 22, 2026, CallRail's US pricing page sells four plans: Lead Tracking, Lead Tracking Complete, Lead Conversion and Lead Conversion Complete.

The plan cards on the pricing page explain how they fit together. Lead Tracking is described with Call Tracking, the two Complete plans add Form Tracking, and the two Conversion plans add Premium Conversation Intelligence. CallRail's Help Center uses those building-block names too, with Call Tracking Intelligence for the core package.

Our advice: go by the features listed under each plan rather than the name, and check CallRail's pricing page on the day you buy. CallRail notes that it can change its fees at any time.

Is CallRail worth the price?

What we'd do. Start the free trial with your real campaigns. After a week, check minutes and numbers in the Billing settings, then decide whether you need form tracking or AI analysis. Stay on monthly billing until your usage is steady.
