monday CRM Pricing Explained: Plans, Limits and What Teams Pay

monday CRM costs $12, $17 or $28 a seat a month on yearly billing, from 3 seats, and has no Free plan. What your team pays depends on how monday groups seats and on AI credits that come once, not every month.

Quick answer: how much does monday CRM cost?

As of October 2026, monday CRM pricing has four plans. Basic costs $12, Standard $17 and Pro $28 a seat a month on yearly billing, or $18, $25 and $41 billed monthly. Ultimate is priced on request. There is no Free plan, only a 14-day trial. Plans start at 3 seats and then come in groups, so a team of 6 pays for 10. AI comes as one-time trial credits, then a paid add-on. Our read: most sales teams should start on Standard.

Standard is enough if

  • Your team works deals from Gmail or Outlook and runs one main pipeline
  • You stay under 10,000 contacts and deals and 250 automation actions a month

The trade. Our read: Standard is where monday CRM becomes a full sales CRM, with lead and deal management, 2-way email sync and a timeline of every contact.

Go to Pro if

  • You send mass emails or run email sequences
  • You need sales forecasting or more than 10,000 contacts

Prices are per seat, per month, in US dollars, as monday's CRM pricing page showed them on October 23, 2026. Every plan starts at 3 seats. "None listed" means the Basic card shows no automations, and "Enterprise-scale" is monday's own wording for Ultimate. Prices exclude tax and can depend on your billing country. See every source

monday.com CRM pricing is separate from the main work management product, and the two work differently. CRM has no Free plan, its seats cost more, and its AI isn't a monthly allowance. Those differences change what a team ends up paying, and they're easy to miss on the pricing page.

We read monday's CRM pricing page with both billing options and every team size, its full feature table and the help center articles behind it. This guide puts the answers in one place: what each plan includes, what your team size really costs, how AI credits work on CRM, and which plan to pick.

monday CRM Pricing Plans: What Each One Includes

There are four monday CRM plans. Basic, Standard and Pro have public prices per seat. Ultimate, which monday describes as the new name for its Enterprise tier, is quoted by its sales team.

  • Basic: $12 a seat a month billed yearly, $18 billed monthly

    Contact list

Up to 1,000 contacts and deals, unlimited pipelines and boards, 5 columns per board, 20 quotes and invoices a month and one dashboard. In monday's feature table, lead management, deal management and email sync start on Standard, and so does the AI credits add-on. Basic suits a very small team that mainly needs an organized contact list.

  • Standard: $17 a seat a month billed yearly, $25 billed monthly

    Most small sales teams

Adds lead and deal management, 2-way email sync with Gmail and Outlook, a timeline of every email, call and meeting for each contact, and Timeline, Calendar and Map views. Limits rise to 10,000 contacts, 15 columns per board, 50 quotes a month and 250 automation actions a month. Our read: this is where monday CRM starts to work as a sales CRM.

  • Pro: $28 a seat a month billed yearly, $41 billed monthly

    Outbound and forecasting

Adds mass email with tracking, email templates, sequences, Google Calendar sync, sales forecasting and analytics, time tracking and private boards. It also opens integrations such as Docusign, PandaDoc, Aircall and HubSpot, and lifts the limits to 100,000 contacts and 25,000 automation actions a month. monday labels Pro Most Popular.

  • Ultimate: custom price

    Large or regulated teams

Adds lead scoring, team goals, account management, a Salesforce integration, single sign-on, HIPAA compliance, audit logs and a 99.9% uptime SLA. Contacts are unlimited, and the trial AI credits double to 12,000. The price comes from monday's sales team.

Two places where monday's pages disagree

The plan cards and the help center give Standard 250 automation actions a month. The feature table at the bottom of the same pricing page, though, ticks automations and integrations from Pro only. And the pricing page caps Pro at 100,000 contacts, where a help center article last updated in February 2026 says unlimited. If either limit decides your plan, ask monday's sales team before you buy.

monday CRM Pricing by Team Size: What Your Team Pays

Every plan starts at 3 seats and then goes up in groups. In the words of monday's help center, plans "start at a minimum of 3 seats, and then ascend in multiples of 5".

The CRM pricing page offers 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 40 seats, with no 35-seat option. You pay for the group that fits your team, not the exact headcount, so a team of 4 buys 5 seats and a team of 6 buys 10. From 50 seats, every plan shows a custom price, and monday's FAQ invites teams of more than 40 to ask for a quote.

Totals are our math: seats times monday's yearly price per seat, checked October 23, 2026. monday's CRM page shows prices per seat, not totals, and the final price appears at checkout. Ultimate is priced on request.

monday CRM pricing by team size: the monthly bill on Standard, billed yearly. Shaded parts are seats paid for but empty (our math on monday's prices).

Our read: solo users and teams just above a group pay the most for empty seats. A team of 6 on Standard pays $170 a month for 10 seats. By our math, that comes to about $28 per person, roughly the price of a Pro seat.

Two things soften this. Viewers are free and unlimited on every CRM plan, so people who only need to look at the pipeline don't need a seat. And on Standard, monday's help center allows up to three guests at no cost, with the fourth counted as a paid seat.

How to avoid paying for empty seats

Count the people who will work deals every day, not everyone who needs to see them, and give the rest viewer access. If you land just above a group, such as a team of 6 or 11, check whether one person could work as a viewer. Admins can change the plan and seat count at any time from Admin, then Billing.

monday CRM AI Credits: A One-Time Trial, Then an Add-On

As of October 2026, monday CRM doesn't include a monthly pool of AI credits. Each account gets one-time trial credits, 6,000 on Basic, Standard and Pro and 12,000 on Ultimate. After that, Standard, Pro and Ultimate accounts can buy an add-on to keep using AI.

AI credits are a key difference between monday CRM pricing and monday work management. Since May 6, 2026, new work management plans come with 1,000 to 3,000 AI credits a month. monday's help center says that model "applies to the monday AI work platform only and does not affect monday CRM".

AI credits compared: monday CRM gives one-time trial credits of 6,000, while monday work management includes 1,000 to 3,000 credits a month
How AI credits come with monday CRM and with monday work management, as of October 2026.

On the CRM pricing page, the Standard, Pro and Ultimate cards say AI credits are included, without giving a number. The complete feature list underneath gives the trial amounts and marks the AI credits add-on as available on those three plans. monday's CRM AI help page lists its AI features on Standard and up, once an admin turns AI on. The help pages for the AI Sales Agent and Smart Call list all four plans, so Basic can use its trial credits there, with no add-on to buy more.

The monday AI rows of the CRM feature list, October 23, 2026: trial credits, add-ons, and what the credits cover.

The "up to" amounts in that table read best as what the trial credits cover if you spend them all on one feature. monday's help center prices an AI Sales Agent call at 150 credits per 5 minutes, so 6,000 credits cover 200 minutes, which matches the table. That's our reading of the numbers, not monday's wording.

What extra AI credits cost

The CRM pricing page doesn't list the add-on price. A monday blog post from August 2026 puts AI credits at $0.01 each on yearly billing and $0.0125 on monthly billing, sold in buckets. It doesn't say whether CRM uses the same rates. If it does, 1,000 extra credits would cost about $10 on yearly billing, by our math. Check the price in your account before you plan around agents.

One more detail to check if meeting notes matter to you. The pricing page lists the AI notetaker on every plan, with a notetaker add-on from Standard. monday's CRM help page describes the notetaker as an add-on for Pro and Ultimate.

If you plan to use AI agents, budget for them

The trial credits should cover a first test, but they don't refill. By our math, 6,000 credits cover about 200 minutes of AI Sales Agent calls. Watch your balance in your account settings during the trial, and ask monday for the add-on price before you choose a plan for AI.

Is monday CRM Free? The 14-Day Trial

No, monday CRM has no Free plan, as of October 2026. monday's FAQ calls the 14-day trial "your first option to use monday CRM for free", and after it you need a paid plan. monday's Free plan for two people belongs to work management, not CRM.

The trial runs on the Pro plan, and the pricing page says no credit card is needed. monday's help center says trials can't be extended. Because you try Pro, note which features you come to rely on: mass email, sequences and forecasting all go away if you then choose Standard.

Our advice for the trial

Load a real slice of your pipeline, connect Gmail or Outlook and send a few emails from the CRM. Try one AI feature you'd use every week and check how many trial credits it used. That tells you whether Standard is enough and whether you'll need the AI add-on.

Nonprofits can pay less. monday's CRM FAQ points them to its nonprofit program. monday's general nonprofit page offers 10 free seats, 70% off additional seats and 33% off AI capabilities, without separate terms for CRM. Its help center describes the program as a version of the Pro plan.

Start the 14-day Pro trial and test it on a slice of your own pipeline.

monday CRM Yearly vs Monthly Billing, Refunds and Taxes

Yearly billing is where monday CRM gets noticeably cheaper. The toggle on the pricing page says "SAVE 33%", while the FAQ on the same page says yearly billing gives an 18% discount. By our math on the listed prices, the gap is about a third on every plan.

monday CRM yearly and monthly billing compared
Plan Per seat a month, yearly vs monthly Yearly saves 10 seats for a year, billed yearly 10 seats for a year, billed monthly
Basic$12 vs $1833%$1,440$2,160
Standard$17 vs $2532%$2,040$3,000
Pro$28 vs $41About 32%$3,360$4,920

Swipe sideways to see every column.

Prices from monday.com's CRM pricing page, checked October 23, 2026. The savings and the yearly totals are our math. A yearly plan is paid upfront for the year.

Refunds. monday's FAQ says that if you paid for a yearly plan in the last 30 days and cancel your account, you get a prorated refund of the remaining balance. It's processed when you cancel from the Admin section. After that window, monday doesn't refund downgrades.

Taxes and payment. Prices exclude tax and depend on your billing country, and the final price appears at checkout. monday accepts major credit cards, though not debit cards, and PayPal depending on your location.

A low-risk way to start

Use the full trial first. If your team size or plan is still uncertain, start on monthly billing for a month or two, then switch to yearly once you're sure. On a yearly plan, the refund window is 30 days, so decide inside it.

monday CRM Limits to Check Before You Choose a Plan

The seat price is only part of monday CRM pricing over a year. These are the limits most likely to move you to a bigger plan or an add-on, so they're worth checking against your own numbers before you choose.

  • Contacts and deals

Basic holds 1,000 and Standard 10,000. A team that imports years of old leads can pass the Basic cap on day one, so count your records first.

  • Columns per board

Basic allows 5 columns per board, which is tight for a CRM where a deal usually needs a value, a stage, an owner, a close date and a contact. Standard allows 15.

  • Email tools

2-way email sync starts on Standard. Mass email, templates, tracking and sequences start on Pro.

  • Automations

Standard includes 250 automation actions a month and Pro 25,000. If your follow-ups rely on several automations per deal, check the count during your first month.

  • AI after the trial

The trial credits don't refill. Agents, AI calls and Smart Call minutes run on paid credits once they're used.

Our read: the step from Standard to Pro costs $11 a seat a month on yearly billing, and it's worth it once your team sends sequences or needs forecasting. Below that, Standard covers the daily work of a small sales team.

Check the plans against your own pipeline during the 14-day trial.

Which monday CRM Plan Should You Choose?

For most sales teams, the choice comes down to Standard or Pro. Here's how we'd decide.

  • A small team that needs an organized contact list

    Basic

Fine for up to 1,000 contacts if you can work with 5 columns per board and no email sync. Many teams will want Standard's tools, so test them during the trial first.

  • A sales team that works deals from its inbox

    Standard

Email sync with Gmail and Outlook, lead and deal management, 10,000 contacts and 250 automation actions a month. We'd start most teams of 3 to 10 people here.

  • An outbound team that runs sequences and forecasts

    Pro

Mass email with tracking, sequences, forecasting and 25,000 automation actions a month. Worth the step up when email outreach is part of the daily routine.

  • A large or regulated organization

    Ultimate

Lead scoring, team goals, single sign-on, HIPAA compliance and audit logs. Ask monday's sales team for a quote, and confirm the AI credits it includes.

Scores are the overall ratings from our own reviews; monday's covers monday.com as a whole.

If your sales process is simple, price monday's work management plans too. They cost less per seat and include a monthly AI pool, while CRM adds sales features such as 2-way email sync, quotes and forecasting. Our monday.com pricing guide covers them in detail.

For a dedicated CRM outside monday, HubSpot lets two people start free and grow into paid plans, and Pipedrive sells its plans per seat with a 14-day trial. You'll find every option in our CRM and sales tools directory.

Which monday CRM plan should you pick?

As of October 2026, monday CRM pricing starts at $12 a seat a month on Basic, with Standard at $17 and Pro at $28, billed yearly and from 3 seats. There is no Free plan, seats come in groups, and AI comes as one-time trial credits followed by a paid add-on. Count the people who work deals, give everyone else free viewer access, and pick the plan your email workflow needs.

What we'd do. Start the 14-day trial and connect your inbox. For a team of 3 to 10 that works deals from email, Standard is where we'd begin. Move to Pro when you need sequences, mass email or forecasting, and switch to yearly billing once your seat count is settled.

monday CRM pricing FAQ

How much does monday CRM cost?

monday CRM costs $12, $17 or $28 a seat a month on its Basic, Standard and Pro plans with yearly billing, as of October 2026. Billed monthly, the same plans cost $18, $25 and $41 a seat. Ultimate is priced on request. Plans start at 3 seats, so by our math the smallest bill is $36 a month on Basic, billed yearly.

Is monday CRM free?

No, monday CRM doesn't have a Free plan. You can use it free for 14 days on a trial of the Pro plan, with no credit card needed, and then you need a paid plan. Qualified nonprofits may get free or discounted access through monday's nonprofit program.

Does monday CRM have a free trial?

Yes, monday CRM has a 14-day free trial of its Pro plan, and the pricing page says no credit card is needed. monday's help center says trials can't be extended. Since the trial shows Pro features, check which of them you'd keep on Standard before you buy.

What is the minimum number of seats on monday CRM?

monday CRM plans start at 3 seats, then go up in groups of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 40 seats. A team of 4 pays for 5 seats and a team of 6 pays for 10. Viewers are free and unlimited, so only people who work in the CRM need a seat. Teams of more than 40 can ask for a quote.

How much does monday CRM cost for one user?

A single user still pays for monday CRM's 3-seat minimum. By our math, that's $36 a month on Basic, $51 on Standard or $84 on Pro, billed yearly. A solo user who only needs simple tracking may be better served by monday's work management Free plan or HubSpot's free CRM.

Does monday CRM include AI credits?

Yes, but only once. As of October 2026, monday CRM includes one-time trial AI credits rather than a monthly allowance: 6,000 on Basic, Standard and Pro and 12,000 on Ultimate. Once they run out, Standard, Pro and Ultimate accounts can buy an AI credits add-on. monday's monthly AI credits apply to work management, not CRM.

Is monday CRM more expensive than monday.com work management?

Yes, monday CRM costs more per seat than monday's work management plans. On yearly billing, CRM's Basic, Standard and Pro cost $12, $17 and $28 a seat a month, against $9, $12 and $19 for work management. CRM adds sales tools such as email sync, quotes and forecasting, while work management includes a monthly AI credit pool.

Is monday CRM cheaper if you pay yearly?

Yes, by our math monday CRM costs about a third less on yearly billing. Basic drops from $18 to $12 a seat a month, Standard from $25 to $17 and Pro from $41 to $28. The pricing page toggle says 33%, while its FAQ mentions 18%. A yearly plan is paid upfront for the year.

Can you get a refund from monday CRM?

Yes, monday CRM gives a prorated refund if you cancel a yearly plan within 30 days of paying, according to its pricing FAQ. The remaining balance is refunded when you cancel from the Admin section. After that window, monday doesn't refund downgrades, so it's worth settling on a plan during the trial or those first 30 days.

Is monday CRM worth the price?

monday CRM makes the most sense for sales teams of 3 or more who want a flexible, visual CRM and can fill most of their seat group. Standard covers most small teams, and Pro suits outbound teams. Our monday.com review rates the platform 4.5 overall, and we'd start with the 14-day trial to check the fit.
